So i've tried it 4 times already and im so frustrated... the mobs are too much for my party and i too handle D:
any suggestions and tips on how to beat it?

Hard to say not knowing what the party consists of but... take it slow, don't over aggro, try to pull small groups to you. It may be best to gain some levels and maybe heros if you have GWEN or Nightfall before attempting the bonus.

I presume that you made a typo and you mean Frost Gate?

It can be a tricky mission because you get to face the stone summit and not much else, the bonus can also be a pain unless you have a good team. It would help us to give advice if you let us know what level you are, what profession and what parties you've tried to date. It would be good to know how far in to the mission you've got so far - so we can advise about the minotaurs or whatever.

If you're at L8 or below then this will be tricky with henchies - you need to make sure you're amour is up to scratch, you can get 55 amour at Yaks, and that you have a decent set of runes and insignia (not a full set - just the right ones).

If push comes to shove then Whisper me in-game over the weekend and we'll see if we can get you through it without you feeling a 'spare part'.

I went through the mission yesterdaay on other account.

As was level 14 mesmer and only had hench.

Ileft the dwarf till i had the catapult before going back for him

on heading to cata i pulled a few and dolak masters first.

then as went over bridge i took out the 2 catapults withdrew a little onto bridge and did a little pulling to decrease the numbers taking out the dolak and sage .

left the boss did not agro him. the ice golems and worked up to retrive the plans..

after bonus ... took out boss and proceded down the hill dolak and fighters
took lever and actioned gate.

stayed at gate till group came took those out..then cleared the area first without opening any gate.
went down the hill to open 1 gate then clear attackers then second and so on.

So really its all about flagging/pulling without agro too many if a frontline char use any longbow for the pull
